Les Standiford is the author of 21 books of non-fiction and fiction. His most recent non-fiction book is “Center of Dreams,” about the development of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County.
Two of Standiford’s books have been made into movies, and he has been nominated for the Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Award. Standiford is also the Founding Director of the Creative Writing Program at Florida International University.
