A hands-on taste adventure: Discovering mixology at Baoshi Food Hall and Bar (includes video story)

Baoshi Food Hall and Bar is an Asian-themed food hall, bar and market near Pembroke Pines Boulevard and University Drive.

Taking inspiration from restaurants and social spaces in Wynwood, it offers customers five vendors selling everything from boba tea and ramen to poke bowls.

“Baoshi is all about experience,” said assistant manager Brii Mitchell.

Once a month, the venue conducts a mixology class. For $60, customers get a two-hour speed training session on mixing five different drinks from eccentric teacher Gigi Colombo. There are also Asian culture nights and botanical classes.

Baoshi Food Hall and Bar is located at 8525 Pines Blvd. in Pembroke Pines, FL.
