Croquetas in Spain: Exploring the motherland’s favorite finger food (includes video story)

Travel to Spain and you will find that Cuban staple, croquetas, are also popular in the old country. But there they utilize leftovers. They are usually eaten as an appetizer or for breakfast. Croquetas can be made from meat, cheese and potatoes.

They are usually served with tapas, which is an array of savory dishes that can be eaten together.
