Doral residents camp under the stars (includes video story)

On Feb. 6, Doral Central Park hosted a camping night for family and friends in the community filled with food, games and various activities for everyone.

“Camping Under the Stars” offered Doral residents the opportunity to take part in one of the oldest family traditions without leaving the city, allowing them to unplug and spend time with loved ones.

More than 600 tents and more than 4,000 people showed up to enjoy the night.

“All the entertainment the city has for the kids, they enjoy and have fun tonight,” said Leopoldo Anzola, a Doral resident. “Even though it’s a little cold tonight, it’s fun. It’s a fun thing to do here for the community, for everybody.”
