EEEEEATSCON Miami showcases local eats national favorites (includes video story)

Last weekend from noon to 5 p.m., the EEEEEATSCON Miami food festival took over Bayfront Park in downtown Miami, with more than 20 restaurants showcasing their high-quality dishes.

Hosted by The Infatuation Miami — a food review publication — this year’s lineup included a mix of local standouts and national favorites, alongside one of EEEEEATSCON’s defining features: collaborative menus created exclusively for the event.

Some of the restaurants featured at the festival were Macchialina, Tina In The Gables and Walrus Rodeo. EEEEEATSCON Miami also offered live music performances and experiences like the Chase Sapphire Reserve and The LaCroix Shop, which gave guests the opportunity to shelter from the heat and receive complimentary gifts.

Ryan Pfeffer, senior editor of The Infatuation, said the turnout at EEEEEATSCON Miami exceeded expectations.

“The goal is really to just kind of interact with our readers and our followers,” said Pfeffer. “To show them a real life tangible, edible version of The Infatuation’s brand.”
