Europeans wonder if paying more for Ukrainian defense is the right option (includes video story)

While the Russia-Ukraine war causes chaos throughout different parts of Europe, the European Union and its member states have continuously volunteered a percentage of their gross domestic product to aid Ukraine against the Russian aggressor.

However, many Europeans wonder if their country should be investing more or less in Ukraine’s defense.

“We should discuss about peace and not about giving more to arms (armies),” says Santiago Palos, an FIU exchange student from Spain.
