On April 3, FIU students enjoyed the excitement of the Miami-Dade County Fair. They received free admission just by showing their IDs.
Students took full advantage. Some of them tried out the classic rides, carnival games and delicious fair food close to the main campus.
“I think it is really great that they are letting FIU students come for free admission,” said student Jena Anderson, “especially for the students that live on campus.”
