Their delicious menu includes both local and imported ingredients from Japan and offers the freshest fish in the area, making their traditional rolls with simple ingredients irresistible. Their sushi rolls range from $13 to $17. Their two top sellers are the salmon avocado roll and the elaborate kuro maki made with tuna, salmon and yellowtail.

Some of the fan favorites include the bea with crispy shrimp, fried plantain and avocado; and the bonzai truffle roll containing crab salad, tune cubes and truffle oil.

Since it opened in 2020, it has become one of the most popular sushi restaurants in the area because of their delicious and creative rolls. The menu offers more than 24 specialty sushi rolls that are sure to make you come back for more. Sushi rolls range from $14 to $22. A top seller is the trick or treat roll containing salmon, avocado, cream cheese, cucumber and tempura flakes.
