“Future of Fashion” panel explores where Miami’s style is headed (includes video story)

This past Wednesday, Downtown Miami’s Mana Fashion hosted a panel titled “Future of Fashion” to discuss styles past and future. Attendees explored how certain industry trends have evolved and continue to shape looks in the 305.

Notable leaders such as Rucht D’Oleo-Schwarts, Ruth Louissaint, and Alessandra Gold emphasized the importance of connections, inclusivity, sustainability, and community in the fashion world. The event was aimed at fostering networking opportunities for designers, models, and other fashion professionals to forge a united community unaffected by cultural barriers.

“We have an absolutely bright future when it comes to fashion here in Miami,” said emerging designer Federico Sandoval when asked where the industry is headed.
