Guess what? Season 1 finale

The last episode of SFMN’s entertainment show “Guess What?” Looks into the hot topics in entertainment this week. 

From Karol G SNL skit silently protesting photoshopping pictures, to everything that went down in Coachella. “Guess What?” dives into Miami Food hot spots to try and gives final thoughts on everything current in entertainment.

Samantha Gutierrez is a student journalist majoring in Digital Communication and Media. As a bilingual reporter, she enjoys covering stories about her diverse Miami community. With a strong passion for broadcasting, she aspires to pursue a career as a multimedia journalist in South Florida.

Megan is a Digital Communication and Media Major with a focus on Television and Multimedia Production. She is also pursuing a minor in Social Media and E-Marketing Analytics. After graduation, she plans on using the skills and knowledge gained to become an editor in the entertainment industry.

Lauren Wurts is a Latina Junior at FIU majoring in Journalism/ Communications. She hopes to work as a news reporter and work her way up to Producing. She is bilingual and enjoys covering entertainment, sports and activism stories.

Aquiles Barreto is a Junior Majoring in Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communications, with a concentration in broadcasting. He has a passion for all types of visual media, whether it be film, television, or news. In the future he hopes to be a video editor for major productions.

Elena Key is a broadcast journalism student at FIU. She currently works at FIU's student newspaper, PantherNOW, as a staff writer. She works for both the News and Entertainment section. Alongside working in news, Elena aspires to be able to work in entertainment news in the future as a reporter and TV personality. She hopes to make an impact in the lives of others through journalism.

Layan Abu Tarboush is a digital broadcasting major at FIU, currently pursuing a minor in International Relations. As an international student from Jordan, Layan is fluent in both Arabic and English and has a deep interest in reporting on Middle Eastern affairs. Layan takes pride in being multicultural with great exposure from the East and West.

Stephanie Harrigan is a senior at Florida International University pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Digital Media with a concentration in Digital + Interactive Media. Harrigan has a passion for creativity, storytelling and video production to come to life. She loves working both in front and behind the scenes of production.
