This past weekend, the iconic Hello Kitty Cafe Truck visited The Falls in Kendall. The truck, which sells food and merchandise based on the character, has traveled to many cities and malls in the U.S. since 2014.
“You can tell how much love Hello Kitty has,” said Janette Soto, who waited hours in line to buy merchandise. “I am here because my daughters love Hello Kitty and I wanted to get them a little something.”
Since the character’s creation in the 1970s, Hello Kitty has been loved by generations of both children and adults.
“I saw it on Instagram and I just really wanted to come and see what they have to sell,” said Gaby Urban, who attended with two other Hello Kitty enthusiasts.
