This year’s iHeart Fiesta Latina marks its ninth year here in Miami. The Caplin News got a behind-the-scenes scoop of how it all comes together. Artists are a big part of what makes this Fiesta so special, but the party is more than just what is on stage.
The magic is not possible without the hard work of people like Natalie Ramunni, director of talent entertainment and events.
“We really solidify what’s happening backstage and we look to involve our radio personalities in our broadcast spaces to make a lot of content happen backstage,” said Ramunni.
