It’s hot outside, so Miamians head to the gym (includes video story)

This July was the hottest month recorded in Earth’s history, according to NASA, and Miamians flocked to the gym.

They participated in everything from personal training to boot camp to strength training to yoga to pilates, cycling, boxing, and more.

“We have been reaching unusual heat temperatures this summer,” said Nicole De Valle, a Miami personal trainer.”Keeping hydrated is so important.”

De Valle works at Raw Fit Miami, 6350 NE Fourth Ave., where hundreds of people have come to work out this past summer.
