Key tips to navigate voter stress this election (includes video story)

As Election Day approaches, many Americans are stressed by one of the most significant and intense elections in recent memory.

For both sides, the constant ads, rallies and news cause voters to become anxious about what they should do when it is time to cast their ballot. But mental health experts are sharing key tips to reduce stress, starting with negative news.

Maidenberg also recommends limiting screen time on social media, self-care activities and staying clear of any controversial conversations between your loved ones.
