Miami Lakes Farmers Market unites local community (includes video story)

Every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., locals gather at New Barn Road and Main Street to enjoy the Miami Lakes Farmers Market

Since the market began in 2021, vendors have lined up on the street every week to offer new and returning customers cultural foods, jewelry, plants, fresh produce and handcrafted accessories.

The vibrant community is able to connect with small businesses and artisans directly. Potential customers get to see products in person, while vendors are able to grow their customer base.

“I can’t explain how something smells online,” Sabu Mamman, the owner of Nature’s Karma Bazaar. “I want you to come interact with me.”
