The man who killed the wife of Democratic State Senator John Hoffman has been found after a 43-hour manhunt.
Vance Boelter is suspected of of killing three people and injuring Hoffman Saturday morning. Investigators say Boelter wore a police style badge, a mask and tactical vest.
“Today, the manhunt is over, but the investigation continues,” said Heppin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt. “More importantly, the process to healing begins.”
Law enforcement continues to investigate the motive behind the attack. They have confirmed the accused gunman had a “hit-list” with dozens of names.
