North Miami’s Enchanted Place lights up communities with their Christmas display (includes video story)

North Miami’s Enchanted Place is lighting up the holidays once again this December with a community-run Christmas display that residents say grows bigger every year.

The neighborhood show, located at 1800 NE 137th Terrace, has become a long-standing tradition that brings families together. Organizers say the event also helps raise awareness for local causes.

“We’ve been doing this for over 37 years,” said organizer and homeowner Ken Digenova, who has participated in the lightshow for several decades. “Originally, the first fundraiser that we did was for Care Resources, which was for AIDS back then.”

They plan to keep the lights shining for years to come, hoping the tradition continues to expand. Visitors are encouraged to leave a donation when they stop by.
