Top five best obstacle courses in Miami

We all love a challenge, and what could be better than to complete an obstacle course from start to finish on your own by only the sweats and tears you put in.

That’s why many places offer a wide variety of rock climbing, balance tests and even team efforts. Children can also benefit from obstacle courses. The places listed below are some of the best Miami has to offer.

Are you a parent looking for your kids to grow better? This gym provides that for kids ages 4 to 17 and for adults, too. The coaches can discipline children and teach them to develop proper behavioral, emotional and physical skills by combining obstacles and mindset activities.

After-school and enrichment programs allow children to immediately jump from working directly. This may seem a lot for them to take in, but great to help them overcome fear, failure and doubt when they spend too much time with technology or have social anxiety.
