Russian government influences November election (includes video story)

An indictment on Wednesday by the U.S. Department of Justice has a Tennessee-based front company and two employees from Kremlin media network, RT,  in hot water.

The indictment alleges they were part of an almost $10 million scheme to set up and direct Tenet Media.

“The American people are entitled to know when a foreign power is attempting to exploit our country’s free exchange of ideas in order to send around its own propaganda.”  U.S Attorney General Merrick Garland stated during an election threats task force meeting

Tenet Media is a compilation of right-wing commentators including Benny Johnson and Tim Pool, with some racking up millions of subscribers.
