With summer comes vacation and, in turn, costly expenses. But many are finding ways to save money and still have a nice time without the hefty price tag.
Emily Kaufman, who runs a blog called “The Travel Mom,” describes how to stay on a budget while visiting the best hotels.
“Luxury resorts in Scottsdale, Arizona and Palm Springs, California that are usually 5-star prices can come down to 3-star prices during the summer,” Kaufman says.
Kaufman also shares how to use discounts for the military, first responders and teachers, leaving an additional tip for those that have AAA and AARP memberships.
