Newsbreak September 11, 2026

In a special edition of Caplin News Newsbreak, we report as America marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11. Our student journalists report live from communities across South Florida and Washington, D.C., covering local memorials and ceremonies marking this historic commemoration.

We go live from Arlington where President Donald Trump delivers remarks from the Pentagon, while all four living former presidents join the memorial ceremony in New York City. In the Town of Miami Lakes, residents gather at Veterans Park for a remembrance ceremony. We also visit memorials in Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Key Biscayne and Coral Gables.
