Skateparks are preferable to street skating. Regional skateparks attract wider crowds of people, and private skateparks have admission fees before entering. It is important to follow skateparks rules, some are family oriented and others for skaters only. Helmet and safety pads provided for beginners, skaters rely on less safety gears. Do not be afraid to ask for help.

After the pandemic, it was hard for people to gather without the possibility of catching again COVID-19. Time has passed and many people have taken vaccines, Skateparks have gotten back as social gathering spots.

The skatepark is ideal for families or neighborhood skaters, with a well-designed layout that allows many skateboarders and scooter riders to cruise. Skaters who go there help teach newcomers or young children how to perform tricks properly and what to avoid around others.

From 6 to 9 p.m., the skate park gets crowded with experienced skaters, and adults provide interactive supervision as children have picnics, sharing food and beverages.
