Just Keep Rising takes a closer look at the impacts of rising sea levels (includes podcast)

Harold Wanless, a professor at the University of Miami, has studied the dynamics and evolution of the coastal environments of South Florida and rising sea levels for years.

On “Just Keep Rising,” Wanless speaks on how this issue has deteriorated over the last few years and its global impact.

Wanless sheds light on how “now in South Florida, we’re rising at a rate of over 2 feet per century.” Global warming has had significant impact on this matter as the warmth of the atmosphere causes a mass rise.

Host Amanda Milian and Wanless describe future flooding of not just South Florida, but the rest of the world as well.
