The Heat commemorates Dwyane Wade with a statue outside the Kaseya Center (includes video story)

Miami heat legend Dwyane Wade was honored with a statue outside of the Kaseya Center for his hard work and the legacy he left.

The three-time champion was celebrated with a performance from Rick Ross and several speeches from Heat Legends like Udonis Haslem and Miami Heat President Pat Riley. All shared their experiences with Wade and why he was worthy.

“This is the best thing we can give a star that means this much to not only the city but the franchise itself” says Wade supporter Stephen Rasco.
