Tom Brady won’t suit up for the NFL again, but the seven-time Super Bowl champion is gearing up for a different kind of competition. Brady will be the star attraction of a new flag football showcase set for March 21 in Saudi Arabia. It will be his first official appearance on the field since retiring in 2023.
The event will feature a mix of active and retired NFL players, including Rob Gronkowski, Sauce Gardner, CeeDee Lamb and the Dolphins Tyreek Hill. Teams will be coached by NFL stalwarts Pete Carroll, Sean Payton, and Kyle Shanahan. FOX Sports is set to air the showcase.
“This will be the most incredible flag football showcase ever,” Brady said. “We’re gathering so many incredibly skilled athletes, and it felt like the perfect time for me to hit the field again; I’m pumped to get my competitive juices flowing.”
While it’s officially an exhibition, Brady has made clear he’s showing up to win. So fans wiill have one more chance to see the G.O.A.T. back in action.
