The Ultra Music Festival will return to Downtown Miami this weekend for the 24th year in a row, closing out the week-long electronic dance music festivities.
Seven stages have taken over the city’s Bayfront Park, and more than 165,000 people are estimated to attend. D.J. Calvin Harris will headline for the first in 11 years.
In anticipation of the incoming crowds, police activity near the area will be on high alert, and the Metromover will extend its hours of operation until 2 a.m. Road closures on Biscayne Boulevard began Thursday night.
Tickets for Ultra 2024 are sold out, but the waitlist for next year’s festival, which will mark the 25th anniversary, is now open. Three-day tickets are set at $349.95 plus tax.
