Fans celebrate Venezuelan Heritage Night at LoanDepot Park (includes video story)

On April 12, Venezuelan Heritage Night at LoanDepot Park celebrated and honored the vibrant spirit and pride of the Venezuelan community. Thousands of fans filled the stadium wearing the colors of the flag, Vinotinto jerseys and waving banners with excitement, creating an electric atmosphere from the moment they arrived.

Attendees enjoyed not only the game but also traditional Venezuelan food, music and a shared sense of home that brought families and friends together. The event offered a special opportunity to reconnect with cultural roots and create new memories in a space that felt like a piece of Venezuela in the heart of Miami.

One of the most emotional moments of the night came after the final out, when the iconic Venezuelan duo Chino y Nacho took the stage. Their postgame concert lit up the ballpark as fans sang and danced to songs that have united generations of Venezuelans around the world.

“This is super important for the Hispanic community, and it’s special to be able to do something like this for Venezuelans,” said Chema Sánchez, the Marlins’ global and cultural business development manager. “It brings us joy to see the stadium become a place of unity and celebration.”
