Want to be part of the Golden Girls? Visit this immersive experience (includes video story)

An immersive experience called Golden Girls Kitchen, based on the iconic sitcom “Golden Girls,” finally arrived in South Florida on Nov. 10 in Wynwood.

“The Golden Girls took place in Miami,” said Derek Berry, the president of experiences at Bucket Listers, which is curating the event. “We’ve done this in four other locations now. Every time we’ve posted it, people have been like, ‘I love it, but why not Miami?’ We finally had the right opportunity and we had to bring it here.”

The pop-up store and kitchen debuted in Los Angeles and is expanding to New York, Miami, San Francisco and Chicago.

The experience features some of the series’ most iconic moments and will be open until Dec. 31. For more information, click here.
