A free 5K run followed by a yoga stretch class will take place Feb. 16. from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Om Movement studio in Coconut Grove. Yoga Alliance teacher, Stephanie Diaz (also known as The Cookie Runner), will host the event. All-level runners can attend. Attendees must bring yoga mats and water.
A “Full Moon Beach Meditation” session will take place at South Pointe Beach in Miami on Tuesday, Feb. 19. The event will focus on meditation based on finding happiness within and enjoying the path of life. It will start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 7:45 p.m., access is free.
