College is known for being a time of self-discovery and a pivotal point in young adults life, but what happens when this coincides with students’ all-consuming thoughts? Anxiety symptoms have become more common among college students.
A study from the Mayo Clinic Health System reported that 1 in every 3 college students suffer from anxiety.
