Build-a-beach body at FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus Gym (includes exercise tutorial)

Are you ready to get that dream body that you want? Well, FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus gym is the place to go! FIU students, Tyler Law and Angelina Alvarez give a tutorial on how to do the Incline Dumbbell Press. This workout focuses on building the upper chest, which makes the chest look aesthetically fuller. This tutorial will help you become summer-ready!

Alvarez offers a concise tip for targeting muscles effectively, emphasizing proper form and alignment. Law presents a structured workout comprising 4 sets of 12 reps, starting with a 45-degree bench adjustment and using lighter dumbbells initially for a full chest stretch, gradually increasing weight for muscle growth.

Law gives an important message to the audience by saying: “Don’t forget to stay hydrated, eat your protein and keep pumping iron.”

For further details about the gym, visit FIU’s Wellness and Recreation Center website or scan the QR code in the video. Additionally, students can access the gym at FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus in room 160 of the Wolfe University Center, with free membership for enrolled students.
