Record-breaking numbers of Halloween celebrations (includes video story)

After the COVID-19 pandemic, many neighborhoods saw a drop in trick-or-treaters, but this year things are changing. 

Almost three years later, the National Retail Federation anticipates that a record-breaking 73% of people will engage in Halloween-related activities this year.

The attendance this year showcased why Halloween is the second most popular festival in America. 

“As you can tell around here, it ain’t stopping,” says local Rocky Rodriguez.
