The Miami International Boat Show is an annual event that draws members of the boating community from across the globe. This year’s show will feature some of the world’s best options in marine sailing and take place from Feb. 14 through Feb. 18.

Started in 1941, the event has brought in over $1 billion in revenue for Miami and its local businesses. It is ranked among the top five of the biggest boat shows internationally.

“I came all the way from France for this event,” said Jay Bibb, a boating fan and attendee, on its global reach.

The event is held in multiple locations across the city, with the Miami Convention Center as its home base.
