New South Florida tourist attraction Cruisin Tiki’s Miami (includes video story)

Located on Biscayne Blvd near Bayside Marketplace, a new tourist attraction called Cruisin
Tiki’s Miami is taking tourists and locals out for a ride by the bay.

Bayfront park visitors can experience a floating tiki bar boat ride any day of the week from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The tiki bar boat fits a maximum of six passengers on board. Boat rides can up to two hours and both children and adults can enjoy a ride.

“Well actually, when I was walking through the park I kind of saw them going across the water and I was like ‘oh that’s neat, that’s something new I’ve never seen before,’” said Crystal Rantin, a Bayfront park visitor.

The tours and events that are offered at this tourist attraction include sunrise and sunset tours, city skyline tours, celebrity home tours, birthday parties, anniversaries, proposals and bachelor and bachelorette parties. Guests must bring their own food and drinks.

The fun ride also has rules in place to ensure the safety of of passengers, including wearing life jackets for both children and adults. Additionally, fire extinguishers and first aid kits are readily available on the boat and boat captains and drivers are all U.S. Coast Guard certified.

“Our captains are all fun, personable people so you get a little bit of a tour no matter which way that you go, and you have somebody fun to hangout with that knows water well,” said manager of Cruisin Tiki’s Miami Ryan Coyner.

Guests can play their own music while on the boat by using the Bluetooth surround-sound
