Not-guilty plea entered in Idaho quadruple stabbing case (includes video story)

The man accused of fatally stabbing four University of Idaho students entered his plea Monday morning. 

Bryan Kohberger, 28, faces four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary. 

Kohberger allegedly killed the students Nov. 13 at a home in Moscow, Idaho. The judge entered not guilty pleas on Kohberger’s behalf as he remained silent when asked to make a plea. 

Prosecutors have 60 days to announce if they will seek the death penalty.
