Rudy Farias was 17 years old when he was reported missing in Houston in March 2015, according to the Texas Center for the Missing, and was found alive last week.
Shocking new allegations are coming to light after activist Quanell X and investigators talked to Farias, who is now 25 years old.
Quanell X said Farias had told him he had been sexually abused and heavily drugged by his mother, who originally reported him missing years ago.
Neighbors are shocked to find out Farias was found because they never knew he was missing.
“He used to come in my garage, chill with my cousin, son and daughter,” Kisha Ross, a neighbor. “That boy has never been missing.”
