The Florida Panthers clinched the Stanley Cup berth last night in Sunrise, Florida – the first time in 27 years.

The Panthers beat the Carolina Hurricanes 4-3, winning the series 4-0. Matthew Tkachuk scored twice, including the game-winning goal with four seconds left on the clock.

“We’ve been in tough situations all year and we’ve never wavered,” said Sam Bennett.

Florida will play the winner of Las Vegas Knights and Dallas Stars in the Stanley Cup finals starting July 8.
