This past week at the Conference USA Tournament, Florida International University hoops played against eighth-seed Jacksonville State and beat the odds, winning the first round in Huntsville, Alabama.
The FIU Mens basketball team advanced to the quarterfinals. Making history while repping the 305 as they set to play against the Sam Houston Bearkats, the top seed.
Even though the men didn’t make it to the semi-finals, the energy felt in the Von Braun Arena is something that will last forever as the team prepares for their next season.
