Area 31 is located on the 16th floor of the Kimpton EPIC Hotel and offers a panoramic, skyline view of the ever-growing Brickell neighborhood. The bar offers $7 drinks from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday. On the restaurant side, intimate seating is available and set up with dimmed lights. It offers a variety of seafood options, such as grilled octopus. Prices vary from personal meals for $16 to shared entrees for $105.
